James did an amazing job on our bathroom renovation. He came over quickly to give us the free estimate and get us on his schedule. Once the work started, James checked in regularly and had a cycle of specialized tradesmen in and out working on the job. All of them were great and very understanding that we have a pup who is very nervous around men. We selected almost all of our own finishes, designs, and fixtures before the job started, but anything we may have forgotten, James provided us samples and selections to choose from, which was very helpful. He addressed any concerns or changes that need to be made efficiently. His pricing was fair and in the end, there were no surprise additional charges. I couldn't recommend James more and I know if I have another project in the future, he's the one I'm calling.
